This is our workshop rental at 18’ x 40’ and it has been rented by 2 carpenters in the last 35 years. the rental is accessed in the alley behind our other rentals. It has never been vacant since the 1980’s. There are plenty of shelves and a toilet and sink in this shop. Maybe you want to launch and grow a business too. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more, or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. This building could be used as a carpenter or machine shop. It could be used for auto detailing or a shipping location, there are numerous possibilities.

The last tenant installed several wall shelves which can be removed if needed. We recognize the importance of making modifications and customizing the unit. Once a contract is in place, you are welcome to make those necessary changes with our approval. If you want to do the work yourself, there is a hardware store right next door for paint or other supplies!
